PrimeZone warrants that all our furniture is free from defective materials and workmanship, and we stand behind every piece we deliver. If, during the warranty period, a product is deemed defective due to a manufacturing fault, PrimeZone will repair or replace part(s) at its sole discretion.
This Warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product or part that has a manufacturing or material defect, provided that the issue is not the result of normal wear and tear, customer misuse, improper handling, or the natural characteristics of the materials used.
1. Limitations and Exceptions
To be absolutely clear, this warranty does not apply to the following scenarios:
- Damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents.
- Damage caused by improper assembly or inappropriate cleaning methods.
- Furniture that has been modified, altered, or subjected to misuse by the consumer or unauthorized parties.
- Second-hand or resold items.
- Issues related to personal comfort, as comfort is subjective to the individual and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
- Items not purchased directly from PrimeZone's official website or authorized storefronts.
Additional Terms:
- Remainder of Warranty: Any item repaired or replaced under this limited Warranty will be covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
- Final Decision: PrimeZone’s decision on all issues relating to complaints regarding defects, either of workmanship or materials, shall be final and conclusive. The decision to repair or replace part(s) remains completely at PrimeZone’s sole discretion.
- Post-Warranty Service: For any manufacturing defects or part requests made after the warranty period has expired, the cost of material components and replacement parts, along with all labor charges and transportation costs (if any), are to be covered by the Purchaser.
The list above outlines our primary exceptions. If you are ever unsure whether your issue qualifies for warranty coverage, please feel free to reach out to us.
2. How to Make a Claim

PrimeZone Warranty FAQs
Do I need to register to get the warranty?
Yes. Registration is required to activate your 12-month warranty. Registering your product allows us to verify your purchase, protect your benefits, and provide you with faster support if you ever need assistance.
Do I need a receipt to make a claim?
Yes. A valid proof of purchase, such as your Amazon Order ID or your PrimeZone order confirmation, is strictly required to verify and process any warranty claims.
Do I need to send photos or a video?
Yes. Photos (or a quick video) are essential for us to process a claim. We aren’t trying to make things difficult; we just want to understand exactly what went wrong so we can make it right. Your photos also help us spot patterns, track recurring issues, and improve future versions of our furniture. If you’re ever unsure what to send, just reach out to support@primezonehome.com and we’ll guide you.
What is considered "wear and tear"?
Wear and tear is the natural aging that happens over time—even to great furniture. A wrinkle in a seat cushion or a subtle scuff on a wooden leg aren't defects; they're signs your piece is being lived with and enjoyed.
Here are a few common examples of wear and tear we don't cover:
- Fading or discoloration from sunlight.
- Wrinkling or softening of cushions.
- Surface scratches or scuffs.
- Pilling or fuzz on fabric from use.
- Stains from spills or cleaning products.
- Subtle joint looseness over time.
What's the difference between a "problem from normal use" and "normal wear and tear"?
Problems from normal use are unexpected failures in how something functions, even when it’s being used correctly (for example, a chair leg that cracks under typical weight load). These are covered by our warranty.
Normal wear and tear means the visible cosmetic aging that happens over time (like the examples in the FAQ above). These are not covered.
What if I assembled it wrong or lost a part?
Mistakes happen. We get it. If something breaks due to an assembly error or you accidentally lose a hardware piece, reach out to us! Even if it’s not technically covered under the warranty, we’ll do our absolute best to help you get the replacement parts you need.
Can I request a replacement if I bought it secondhand?
No. We only cover purchases made brand new, by the original owner, directly from PrimeZone or our authorized retail partners (like our official Amazon storefront).
How long does it take to get a replacement?
Once we have your photos and order details to verify the issue, most replacement parts ship within 1-2 business days. If a specific item or part is out of stock, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
What if my item arrived damaged?
In the rare event your item arrives damaged from shipping, we’ve got your back.
- If you purchased from our website: Just send us a photo within a few days of delivery, and we will make it right by sending a replacement part or item. We will handle the carrier claims behind the scenes.
- If you purchased from Amazon: We recommend starting a return or replacement request directly through your Amazon account for the fastest resolution, as Amazon manages their own delivery process. However, we're always happy to help point you in the right direction if you get stuck!
